Frequently Asked Questions
What can I do with Quicky Forecast?
Enter your sales team's quarterly revenue targets. Enter your sales opportunities (we kept the form super-simple).
Quicky Forecast will automatically keep your sales forecast up to date! You'll see a team forecast that looks something like this:
You can easily filter for opportunities by customers, confidence, salesperson, and three classifications of your team's choice!
How do I set my team's classifications?
Quicky Forecast allows you to set three classifications for your account. You can then classify each opportunity using your classifications, and filter by them.
For example, you might use one classification to specify your sales regions, another classification to specify your product lines, and another for opportunity type like "outbound" and "inbound".
To set your own classifications, click "Team Settings" in your navigation, then "Classifications". Fill in your particular classifications and enjoy!
Can I export my opportunities?
Yes! You can export your opportunities as a CSV, and do further analysis in Excel or another spreadsheet tool.
Are opportunities weighted by confidence?
Yes! We provide four confidences: "Certain", "High", "Medium", and "Low". These confidences are used to weight the order value of your opportunities by 90%, 75%, 50%, and 25%, respectively.
What statuses can I set my opportunities to?
You can set your opportunities' statuses to "Won", "Forecasted", "Lost", or "Dead".
How much does Quicky Forecast cost?
Quicky Forecast is free for one person.
To add more than one person, go to your "Team Settings" page and click the "Upgrade" button. Enter your credit card. Then, you'll be on the "Small Team" plan, able to invite up to 20 people (including yourself) to your team.
Do you have more than 20 people on your team? No problem. Contact us and we'll help you out.
What kind of permissions are available?
Each user can be normal, "Disabled", or "Admin". A "Disabled" user does not count against your user total for your pricing plan. "Admin" users can add other users, and mark other users as "Disabled" or "Admin".
